These General Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between LUMIBEE BULGARIA Ltd., hereafter referred to as "LUMIBEE", and the users of the website www.lumibeeskin.com ("Users"). By accessing or using the site and its services, Users agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website, Users confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

To access or use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract.

LUMIBEE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date and will be effective immediately upon publication. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms.

4. Services

LUMIBEE offers information society services via this website, including:

  • Viewing and purchasing skincare products

  • Entering into sales contracts with LUMIBEE

  • Access to promotional offers and updates

5. Ordering Process

Users may place orders through the website without the need to register an account.

To order:

  • Click the "Buy" button next to a product

  • Review your cart and enter delivery details

  • Select a payment method

  • Confirm the order

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. If an item is out of stock, LUMIBEE reserves the right to cancel the order.

6. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay upon delivery to the courier

  • Secure Card Payment via: 

    • Visa

    • Mastercard

    • Apple Pay

    • Google Pay

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

7. Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days.

  • Place your order by 13:00 and receive it as early as the next day.

Delivery options:

  • Free delivery via BOX NOW to a parcel locker

  • Free delivery to Econt or Speedy office for orders over 110 BGN

Shipping is available within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Users can choose delivery to a BOX NOW locker, a courier office, or a specified address during checkout.

LUMIBEE is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the User.

8. Right to Return

Under Bulgarian law, Users may return goods within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

To initiate a return:

  • Notify us by email within 14 days

  • Return goods in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition

  • Include receipt/invoice and any gifts received

Returns must be sent via Speedy to the courier office, located here:
Plovdiv, ul. Obnova 23, to "LUMIBEE BULGARIA" Ltd.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused. Refunds are processed within 14 days of goods being received back. Return shipping is at the User’s expense unless the item is defective or not as described.

9. Order Issues

Order fulfilment may be affected by:

  • Lack of product availability

  • Payment failure or delay

  • Incorrect delivery details

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons outside LUMIBEE's control (e.g., user unreachable), the order will be returned, and return costs will be charged to the User.

10. Commercial Communication

With your consent, LUMIBEE may send promotional messages via email. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.

11. Identification & Consent

To complete an order or use services, Users must voluntarily provide personal information. 

By submitting personal information and confirming an order, Users:

  • Agree to the Terms and the Privacy Notice

  • Consent to the processing of personal data

  • Make a legally binding electronic statement under Bulgarian law

LUMIBEE reserves the right to suspend access in case of false information or misuse.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on www.lumibeeskin.com - including text, images, logos, and software - is protected by copyright law and owned by LUMIBEE or its licensors.

Users may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without written permission

  • Use trademarks or brand assets without consent

  • Extract or reuse data from the website

Violations will be pursued to the full extent of the law.
