What ingredients do you use?

Yes, our products are specially formulated for all skin types, even very sensitive.

Recyclable and sustainableAre the packages of LUMIBEE?

We use glass bottles as they can be recycled many times. We count on your support for a cleaner future, so please recycle your bottles! The plastic we use is necessary for the functionality of the packaging. However, when we look at the entire life cycle, we can also find advantages in plastic over glass. Our shipping boxes are made from 100% recycled cardboard and the ink on our bottles is also recyclable. We are constantly looking for ways to reduce our harmful footprint. We are waiting for new innovations in cosmetic packaging, and until that happens, let's collect our waste separately! For secondary packaging, we use paper in which 15% of the cellulose is replaced by waste citrus fruits. The additives used give the paper a special color and texture without limiting the possibilities of printing and processing. It is also produced with 100% self-generated green energy and contains 40% recycled fibers. All these measures lead to a 20% reduction in the carbon footprint.

Where are LUMIBEE products manufactured?

We produce our products in small batches here in Bulgaria, succeeding in combining traditional techniques with the most modern technologies. We pride ourselves on supporting the local economy and production by working with Bulgarian specialists and using the best ingredients to ensure that each product meets the high standards of our customers.

Do LUMIBEE products contain fragrances?

We do not use synthetic fragrances in any of our products.

And our Uncovered Cleansing Oil and Hush Soothing and Hydrating Oil Serum are fragrance-free.

Do LUMIBEE products contain preservatives?

The majority of our formulas do not contain water, which means that the ingredients have natural preservative qualities, as microorganisms prefer a watery environment to thrive.. However, we have added natural vitamin E to ensure that the products are stable. It has the properties of a strong antioxidant and keeps the other natural ingredients fresh for a longer period.

In our natural water-infused products (such as our Pure Cleansing Foam), where natural Vitamin E would not be sufficient to combat bacterial growth, we have sought to find the purest alternative and use only natural preservatives.

Do we offer product samples?

We understand that you would like to try out our products before committing to a full size purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer samples at this time, but we remain available to answer any questions you may have.

Can LUMIBEE products be used during pregnancy?

Yes, our products can be used during pregnancy, but we always recommend that you consult your doctor before using any products, especially if you have specific health conditions or concerns. Our products are developed with the safety and well-being of expectant mothers in mind, using ingredients that are gentle and suitable for this special period. However, individual needs and body responses may vary, so it is important to get professional advice that is tailored to your health.

Do I need to test a product before use?

If you have skin sensitivities or specific allergies, we always recommend first checking our list of ingredients, which you can find on our website and on each product's packaging. Our products contain natural bee ingredients that are known for their beneficial properties, but it is important to note that they can cause allergic reactions in some people. Therefore, we recommend doing a sensitivity test before first use. To do this, apply a small amount of the product to a small area of ​​the skin, for example the inside of the wrist, and wait 24 hours. If you do not notice redness, itching or other discomfort, you can use the product calmly.

How should I store the products?

The products should be stored in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. This will help preserve their quality and effectiveness for a longer period of time. The ideal storage temperature is between 15°C and 25°C, and it is important that the products are tightly closed after use to prevent moisture or contamination. Following these guidelines will ensure that the products remain fresh and safe to use.

Do we offer free shipping?

We offer free delivery for all orders over 69.99 BGN, regardless of whether they are to a courier office or a personal address.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the order is shipped, the delivery time depends on the deadlines set by the respective courier. Orders usually arrive within these times, but please note that there may be delays due to external factors. Your satisfaction is our priority and we will do our best to get your products as quickly as possible.

Can I return an order?

We hope you will be satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will happily offer an exchange or refund, provided you return the order within 14 working days, unopened, unused and in its original condition. Once we receive the returned products, we will review their condition before processing the refund. What happens if there is a defective item or I receive the wrong order?
